Precision Power Wash is Fernando, working out of Roscoe. The person who quotes your job is the person who shows up to do it.
There is no office, no dispatcher and no sales rep. You call the number on this site and you get Fernando, who has been washing houses, drives, patios and storefronts around the Stateline since 2018.
That matters more than it sounds. Pressure washing goes wrong when whoever is holding the wand does not care what is under it. Too much pressure on vinyl siding forces water behind the panels. Too much on cedar raises the grain and leaves it furry. Holding a wand too close to concrete leaves stripes you cannot get out afterwards. None of that shows up on the day. It shows up months later, once the crew is long gone.
The work here is mostly residential: siding, concrete, paver patios and retaining walls. There is a steady commercial side too, storefronts and strip malls scheduled before opening, plus the occasional semi, tractor or skid steer washed down on the owner’s yard.
Quotes are free and usually same-day. If a job does not need doing yet, you will be told that rather than sold it.
